LOCATION: Costa Mesa, CA DURATION: 12 Months *DESCRIPTION: * In this role you will investigate and analyze problems reported by business users (70%) and create temporary work arounds where necessary and generate trouble tickets and documentation (30%) for engineering to develop the long-term fix. This position will not be involved with day-to-day production admin or be required to be on-call or have a pager. This position is dedicated to dealing with reported problems as described above. * * * MUST-HAVE SKILLS: * - Must have strong problem solving skills - Must have excellent communication skills (primarily to deal with business users and client managers.
