Collaborates on the development of strategies for specialist units and strategic decisions. Gives comprehensive advice to internal/external customers as well as employees and management. Manages and controls the implementation/application of framework requirements and target processes as well as quality-optimization measures. Completes all operational and organizational tasks/processes independently and autonomously. Collaborates on designing concepts in a difficult task area. Supplies solid information and gives comprehensive advice to internal/external customers.
