Role: Senior Project Manager
Duration: Long term

Client: Morgan Stanley
Senior level project manager is needed to manage *Human Resources data
warehouse projects*. Position requires strong project management discipline
and someone who is independent and a self-starter with strong
organizational skills who can manage multiple projects in parallel, in a
fast paced environment.
*Skills / Knowledge / Experience:*
1. Knowledge of the Human Resources space is preferred but not
required.
2. Strong project management discipline, including but not limited to:
· Task management
· Scope management
· Issues and risk management
· Defect management
· Test coordination (working with both QA and UAT testers)
· Facilitation of core project and working group meetings
· Governance (tracking progress to plan)
· Providing project statuses to senior management
5. Business analysis experience - able to define, interpret and
understand use case scenarios, business requirements and functional
specifications.
Other required skills:
1. Self-starter with strong follow up skills. Must be able to work
independently
2. Strong oral and written communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills, able to interface with all levels of
management and staff.
4. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
skills.
5. Must be organized
6. Must be detail oriented with ability to manage global picture
Tools experience:
1. MS Project
2. Jira (preferred, not required)
3. PPM (preferred, not required)
4. MS office suite

• Typically requires 10 years relevant experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience.
*Skills*
• Solid organizing and planning skills for deliverables.
• Good priority setting and delegation skills.

• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without
