Note:- TIBCO Look only for folks with Strong admin skills, TIBCO developers with little admin expertise can be ruled out. Required Skills: . Extensive SME/Architect level experience in TIBCO based technologies, including TIBCO Business Works, Business Events, Business Connect, TIBCO EMS, Hawk monitoring, configuring TIBCO environments, TIBCO domains and projects. . Experience in some of the following: Java, Oracle RDBMS, SOA, multi-threading, XML . Must have experience in TIBCO Administration on STE based domains/instances primarily in UNIX/Linux environments. Preferred Skills: . Experience in UNIX/Linux System Administration, configuration/management of Web servers, Weblogic servers. . Experience with Tibco Designer . Experience with Shell scripting languages . Excellent debugging and trouble-shooting skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving, system failure analysis and recovery and insuring the consistency and integrity of file systems . Regularly review system monitoring results to track system metrics and identify performance issues and opportunities for optimization . Test and apply new software and maintenance patches, including patch management services Other Skills: . Demonstrated strong ability in troubleshooting and problem solving . Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure . Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities . Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with various teams and work in a collaborative environment . Ability to work independently with minimum supervision .
