*Role 1: Business Process Helpdesk (BA with process mapping exp)Location:
Montvale @NJ Duration: 12 months+Rate: Market*


PFB the JD :

This team will handle BIG FOUR AUDIT FIRMS user queries pertaining to BIG
FOUR AUDIT FIRMS Risk Management Applications.
*Key Responsibilities:*

·        Provide first level/second level business process support for BIG
FOUR AUDIT FIRMS Risk Applications.
·        Professionally handling BIG FOUR AUDIT FIRMS country user queries
through Functional Mailboxes and provide resolutions or meaningful
responses through the use of knowledge base content, FAQ, and Personal
Knowledge. Typical queries around mailboxes include –
o        Status Checks - e.g.: status of approval for new Sentinel request
o        Modify the requestor/engagement partner for a request
o        How do I access a particular feature within a specific risk
application
o        Know when to elevate the case and ask for assistance and have
suitable telephone and written skills to represent effectively. For
example, user requests from local Risk managers are not resolved and would
require intervention of business leads.

o        User access issues

o        Forward requests to appropriate teams if the resolution is not
within the purview of GBO. These include
§        Ad-hoc report requests – forward to GBO reporting teams
§        Requests from Family Tree Master regarding tree structure –
forward to Global Independence group
§        Questions regarding the monthly reporting from the Finance
Organizations, such as the uploading of Country files should be routed to
Financial Reporting teams
§        Technical Questions – forward to IT support teams
·        Reporting the transactions on a daily basis in BIG FOUR AUDIT
FIRMS Reporting tool.
·        Responsible for creating proactive knowledge content and
documenting solutions in the knowledge database for future customer
reference.

*Skills:*
•        3-5 years of work experience in Technical Helpdesk
•        B.Sc <http://b.sc/> (Computer science) or BCA or equivalent degree
(College degree  from a recognized university )
•        Basic knowledge of MS Office Suites
•        Flexible to work multiple shifts in 24/7 environment
•        Proactive and positive attitude
•        Should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and
spoken
•        The ability to work well in a team atmosphere
•        Demonstrated problem solving abilities
•        Prior experience of working for Audit Firms is an added advantage.




*Role 2:Master Data ManagementLocation: Montvale @NJDuration: 12
months+Rate: Market*

·        Should have 4-6 years of experience

·        At least 2 years of Master Data Management experience with concepts

·        Should have minimum 1 year experience in cleansing and
standardizing, mapping master data.

·        Knowledge of an overall organization structure – parent,
subsidiary, affiliate etc., is a must. Need to have research mind set to
get these info from a company website, financial reports or google search.

·        Ability to create and maintain process related documentation and
generate use case examples.

·        Experience in planning, execution, issue resolution, escalation,
and strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer
management skills. Expertise in Data Handling. Logical and analytical
skills.

·        Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with a sense of
urgency.

·        Strong hands on experience with MS Excel.

·        Qualification: Any Graduate.

 *Reporting: *

·        Should have 4-6 years of experience

·        At least 2 years of in any of the Data Reporting processes

·        Strong hands on experience with SQL, MS Excel, and MS Access

·        Knowledge of VBA Macros / access, BI, Cognos would be an added
advantage

·        Ability to work in a complex application landscape – navigating
and getting data from multiple sources

·        Experience in planning, execution, issue resolution, escalation,
and strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer
management skills

·        Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with a sense of
urgency.

Qualification: Any Graduate preferably from a Technical background
