This person will manage and coordinate the activities of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the General Ledger preparation. This resource will also set up training for assigned personnel in operation of the ERP system (Oracle). Work with MIS on any ERP issues affecting the performance of the financial functions of the system. This person will coordinate and compile all financial data for the timely and accurate issuance of financial statements. Monitor the Accounting Department for accuracy, timeliness, and conformance to company policies and procedures. Prepare cash flow analysis in ERP system. Maintain commission accruals, compile monthly commission statements, and oversee payment of statements. Work with sales representatives on commission issues or questions. Review all General Ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness. Research and correct any discrepancies. Implement and maintain fixed assets schedules with outside consultants or on the ERP system.
