*Role: Financial Analyst*
*Location: San Jose, CA*

*Key responsibilities:*
· Develop and manage the strategic P&L model in support of the Long
Range Plan, the annual TS Plan, and the annual Fiscal planning cycle. Build
out ground-up strategic income statement, balance sheet and cash
flow models. Facilitate examination of key business decisions and
financial impact at both Technical Services and Enterprise level.
· Deliver thoughtful and defendable recommendations to Technical
Services leadership to improve profitability in a timely matter through
suggested future courses of action, strategies and/or policies as a result.
· On a quarterly basis, work with Service Finance to perform a
reforecast to the current operating plan based on new key business
assumptions/drivers.
· Assist Services Finance in the preparation of management
financial reports such as monthly/quarterly business review presentations,
investor relation packages, and executive review material.
· Assist with ad hoc financial analyses in support of key
business initiatives, particularly in the area of top line growth.
· Demonstrate experience in qualitative and quantitative risk
analysis, including sensitivity, decision tree analysis to depict key
interactions and utilizing simulation models to analyze the
behavior/performance and the
outcomes to the strategic investment plan.

*Skills, qualifications & experience:*
· A bachelor's degree and approximately 7-10 years of
industry/advisory experience work experience; or a graduate degree and
approximately 5-7 years of related work experience
· An MBA (project management, finance, operations)
· Analytical and conceptual thinking skills with innovative
capacity.
· Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure
to complex problems.
· Strong collaboration, teaming, presentation and communication
(written, verbal) skills, integrity, maturity and dependability.
· Collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional
teams and subject matter experts to understand and integrate processes
and/or data to maximize leverage of existing resources.
· Must have the ability to dive into the operational details and
emerge with a big-picture view of cost drivers, as well as experience with
accounting principles and practical applications including month-end close
and accruals.
· Ability to manage senior level clients and consulting team
independently.
· Strong ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
· Sound problem solver who can quickly process complex information
and present it clearly and simply.
· Ethical, independent, and highly motivated self-starter with
logical problem-solving abilities.
