Duration: 18 Months contract

Location: Downtown MPLS, MN





Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or
experience. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related
field, preferred. Minimum 4 years of analytic experience in a business
systems applications and/or information technology environment, or
equivalent combination of related higher education and experience.

Experience gathering customer requirements, documenting those requirements
using templates provided, and assisting the developers in properly
interpreting the requirements to meet the customer needs.

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications.

Excellent interpersonal skills - strong collaboration and consensus
building skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to learn a new technology (in this case, Enterprise Content
Management, i.e. IBM FileNet).

With this knowledge, be able to explain to customers how the solution is
configured and meets their requirements, able to independently execute test
scripts, and able to document testing failures.

Document Management experience preferred (includes familiarity with
Microsoft SharePoint, IBM FileNet, OpenText eDOCS, or other
document/records management solutions).

Responsibilities:

Perform software testing, create and finalize test scripts, draft written
communications, update user guides and internal procedures, and conduct
customer onboarding activities independently working with other team
members. Customer onboarding and data migration activities includes :
collaborating with customers to identify their business requirements,
documenting the requirements, communicating with ECM Architects or
developments to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements, and
keeping the Project Manager informed of status of assigned tasks.

Work with customers to plan, coordinate and conduct testing of software.


Assist with onboarding activities:

   - Assist with gathering new customer requirements
   - Finalize user guides and procedures
   - Perform functional validation of customer requirements
   - Perform software testing from prepared test scripts
   - Edit scripts to meet individual customer needs
   - Finalize test results on spreadsheets or SharePoint Sites
   - Articulate software changes needed to technical staff as a result of
   testing
   - Draft written communications for management
   - Assist with providing customer service - by supporting incoming
   problem tickets
