Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Analyze business process and practices to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives; • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices; • Apply advanced analytical skills within functional area; • Collaborate on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts; • Be able to lead functional team or projects.
