DNS – must know what the abbreviation means. MCSE – Highly preferred or taken a couple of courses. *Qualifications:* • Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts, practices, and service standards • Ability to analyze operational data and make recommendations to create operational efficiencies, improve overall performance, and achieve high degree of customer satisfaction • Minimum of 5 years in IT support or other IT technical areas • Excellent customer service and communications skills • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment *Education:* • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience • NetApp, EMC, VMware, Microsoft and or Cisco professional certifications strongly preferred.
