Position: AWS Consultant Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6+ Months *Job Description:* Looking for strong Cloud infra setup experience, today they are on Rackspace but future could be AWS or Hybrid Want chef or puppet knowledge to do infra side automation Strong in communication as the role will interact with business teams and will be also participate in socializing cloud implementation within Levis The above is the primary requirement. Customer has setup the devops team to function as a shared model. The scope is release engineering, deployment and monitoring. They plan to extend the services to other functional areas. Today its specific to ecom for US and end state will be global implementation Customer is broadly looking at open source experience, chef, infra, newrelic and other monitoring tools. They are looking for a partner to support him on this journey Should have experience in cloud infra setup, be it private or public with deployment automation experience using chef/puppet.
