Supporting a Force Sales Cloud solution used in 60 countries. Resource must be SFDC admin and developer certified, able to troubleshoot standard, configured and custom build application modules of SFDC Sales Cloud. Will be responsible for monitoring, resolving and responding to end-user support tickets (cases) and administrative requests setting up and configuring new users and territory structure changes.
