*Job Title:Sr. **BI Developer/Data Architect* *Duration: 9 Months* *Location: Wilbraham, MA* *Overall experience 5+ years* *Hyperion EssBase and/or Business Objects 3 years* *ETL Data modeling experience 3 years* *Qualifications:* · Job Description: The BI Developer is responsible for designing and developing reports, meta data, logical/physical data models, data flow diagrams and ETL programming. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience designing, developing and supporting data integration across various ERP/transaction systems, operational data stores, data warehouses and data marts. The BI Developer/Data Architect reports into the IT organization and works on cross-functional teams to develop solutions that improve Business insight, productivity and operational efficiencies by delivering high quality information in a timely manner. You must be a team player with a “Friendly” can do attitude and comfortable working in a matrix Business and IT team environment. The candidate must have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the following areas: Data integration supporting application to application and traditional data warehouse architectures such as operational data stores, data warehouses, data marts, cubes, etc. Familiarity working with leading *ERP/MRP/Financial systems* as source systems and understanding data relationships across systems. Enterprise Data Integration experience working in a Unix & Microsoft environment using SQL, PLSQL, TSQL and Kshell scripting Familiarity with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, etc is a big plus. DBMS experience with SQL Server, Oracle and Essbase. *Data modeling experience supporting Transaction Systems (OLTP), Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, ROLAP and MOLAP architectures.*Report development using *BI tools such as Business Objects, SSRS and Essbase.* Designing and defining meta data models to abstract users from physical data model complexities. Developing self-service access to standard and ad-hoc reporting. Leading data profiling and data quality improvements. Should have excellent analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
