Recent 5 years’ experience is required within the particular module (*Oracle OTL & Payroll)* 75% functional and 25% technical *Experience:* ü *10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience* ü Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench, Integrations with Oracle payroll & OTL, iRecruitment) ü Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ), including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application ü Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specs ü Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12 implementations ü Strong with HR related conversions ü Full lifecycle Implementation experience *Skills:* ü Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
