Create and manage user accounts and groups including security configuration, add, delete and modify users as employees are hired, transferred or leave the organization.| Create and manage custom objects, fields and formulas and page layouts. Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows and triggers. Create and document application requirements and develop program enhancements and changes to application Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users Participate in the integration and data validation process of the CRM system with other enterprise systems. Create SOPs to document system usage and customization. *JOB DESCRIPTION* The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, testing and deploying solutions for our internal clients including but not limited to Sales, Support, Finance, Consulting, Marketing and Engineering, using Apex and Visualforce, and often leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Lightening, and other technologies. The Developer must be able to communicate well with internal associates and 3rd party vendors who have varying technical abilities and strong coordination with our existing Salesforce Developer and Administrator. Quality is key, as is an ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable. *Experience Required:* 5+ years related experience Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Support, Finance, Marketing and Engineering issues 2+ years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development; experienced in writing Apex test coverage 3+ years Java or C# development experience, and 3+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Extremely detail oriented Solid knowledge of SOQL Strong oral and written communication skills A confident, self-starter who can blend in with the application delivery team and can also work independently to complete tasks Ability to work with Sales personnel, subordinates, peers and members of senior management, up to and including the executive level to report on all aspects of order management, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and ability to work extended hours at period end to meet deadlines Best Regards, *Fredric Miller | Sr. Recruiter*Pull Skill Technologies, Inc.
