We have an urgent need for a *Oracle E Business Suite Business Analyst* for
one of our clients *Maumee, OH*. Please go through the below requirement if

*Title: *Oracle E Business Suite Business Analyst

*Location: *Maumee, OH

*Duration: *11+ Months



*Req Details:*

*Skills Required:*

· Communication – Must speak fluent English and be able to
communicate clearly and effectively with business users and explain issues
in non-technical terms.

· Problem Solving – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
required to understand business processes, system processes, and ability to
break down complex issues into smaller logical units and relationships.

· IT Background – Experience in IT systems design/support (ERP
systems), development methodologies, system testing & quality control,
familiar with database concepts & design, ability to understand and write
database queries (SQL/OCF).

§  Experience preferred in the following:

·Mainframe COBOL/IDMS development environment

·Oracle e-Business and Oracle databases

·Microsoft Excel and Access

· Business Process – Experience and thorough understanding of ERP &
manufacturing functional processes (i.e.  Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay,
Order-to-Cash)



*Primary Responsibilities:*

· Manage and prioritize inbound incident and request ticket queues
and work with customer IT BA team to determine and assign priorities

· Capture and document business requirements for IT requests and
translate to IT technical requirements.

· Work with off-shore support/development team to ensure timely
resolution of incidents to meet SLAs and track requests to completion.

· Review and validate testing evidence and work with end-users to
confirm results meet requirements.

· Manage user access requests for Oracle application

· Manage IT Audit reviews for Oracle systems to ensure timely
completion within audit guidelines.
