*Position : Linux Admin (Puppet)Location : Cary, NCDuration : 6+Months C2H* *Experience- 9+years* *Job Description :* • Worked as PuppetTool/ Administrator to perform maintenance and support activities. • Worked on developing modules integrated either with Enterprise Incident, Problem & Change management system or a Custom Service Fulfillment portal. • Providing support for existing modules/enhancement requests. • Creating Documents for Workflow Development Lifecycle. • Creating integrations for Third Party Tools/Systems (not supported OOB by the tool). • Should have hand –on experience of deploying the Standalone/HA environment for Puppet. *Tool knowledge: * Mandatory • *Puppet* (Open Source/Enterprise) • *Ruby* and *DSL* • Understanding of the SDLC and Continuous Integration and Deployment concepts • Knowledge in Infrastructure automation, infrastructure as software concept . • Proficient in *Puppet* Module and script development . • Scripting Language like *Shell Script/Perl/VB Script/ Java scripting /Power Shell* • DB Knowledge like Oracle/MS SQL/MySQL • OS (1.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements. (2.)
