Duration is approximately 16 weeks. Interviews will be scheduled next week. Expect a 60 to 90 minute interview onsite in Saint Louis Park, MN. Selected candidate is expected to work onsite. Required skills and experience • Primary role as a Microsoft SQL Server BI developer • Must have top-notch Microsoft TSQL skills. Candidate should rate themself at least 9 out of 10 in TSQL • Must completely understand dimension modeling, be able to lead a design session and document for both development and end-user understanding • Must have experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2008 and have deployed multiple medium to complex cubes to a production environment • Must have significant experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008. • Must be able to write queries and calculated measures using MDX • Must have sufficient oral communication skills to participate in meetings by phone • Must be self-motivated and not wait to be told what to do • Must be able to function productively in an environment where roles and responsibilities are not always clear-cut • Must be able to think logically and analytically.
