This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow! The right candidate will understand eCommerce and have solid technical skills including Web databases and Javascript. In addition, Java experience would be great. The role will be focused heavily on Architecture and Systems Integration. This person will need to understand the front end and how web interfaces work. They will take ownership of the entire implementation for moving all sites to a common platform. *Purpose of Position / Job Summary:* The Developer’s primary responsibility is the Support and Maintenance of client Corporations (domestic and international) sites for all brands. This person will report directly to the ecommerce IT manager. A secondary responsibility will be the Development and Maintenance of ETL jobs and system interfaces between the ecommerce sites and BE backend systems. *Primary Responsibilities:* Provide production support for all Client owned ecommerce sites Provide production support for interfaces to/from ecommerce sites Provide afterhours support, when necessary Develop and document Functional specifications Play a leading role in the design and development of new ecommerce sites Play a leading role in the design and development of new/improved interfaces to/from ecommerce sites *Required Qualifications:* BS In Computer Science or equivalent experience *Work experience in software development for 7+ years preferred* *Strong work experience in developing Dynamic Web Applications for 3+ years* *Strong skills in implementation of complex systems for 3-5 years* *Strong work experience in e-commerce applications* *Strong knowledge of Web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript* *Strong knowledge of WebService technologies* Experience working with distributed, component-based architectures Experience with engineering tools such as bug tracking and source code control systems *Proficiency in Object Orientated design, J2EE* *Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and Microsoft)* *Proficiency in Java, JQuery, Java Script, XHTML, CSS* *Proficiency in .Net languages (C#, VB.Net) a plus* Good verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience with Eclipse IDE a plus Retail and Order Management experience a plus Best Regards, *Fredric Miller | Sr. Recruiter*Pull Skill Technologies, Inc.
