Job Description
• Manage and provide operational oversight for the resolution of Major
Incidents.
• Responsible for the complete process adherence and handling of major
incidents according to SLAs.
• Responsible for the approval of Major Incidents and overall owner of the
Major Incident until resolution.
• Responsible to establish technical & busines bridges/conference calls
as required.
• Responsible to act as an escalation point to expedite incident resolution.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the escalation.
• Responsible for information dissemination of major incidents.
• Accountable to get approval for needed emergency changes.
• Liaison with team managers of all technical experts (or support teams) to

Job Requirements

 Minimum 5 years ITIL Operational experience including at least 2 years in
an operational Major Incident Management role.2 years+ experience of
working into, and with, a global delivery operation.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Proven track record in successfully delivering large projects and programs.
 Detailed knowledge of the theory and operation aspects of their process.
 Significant experience of service delivery operation and service
integration methodology.
 Significant experience of SLA reporting and KPIs.
 Experience of working within a multiple stakeholder environment.
 Demonstrable experience in contract and commercial management.
 Track record of meeting commercial targets and identifying opportunities
for business growth.
 Competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
 Experience of working at a senior level and regular contact with CXO level.

accuracy.



Familiarity with different mortgage documents types and requirements
