Must Haves: Java Development experience (4-7 years) Developing in the middle tier ESB->Mule (understand pub, sub design pattern: they have Active NQ) OR Rest API’s (AKA restful services), which is either XML or JSON Spring Hibernate Good communication Aptitude to learn Plusses: Webservices Experience developing a management console D2D: They will be doing development on the middle tier which basically makes everything work. It includes IS Provisioning, webhosting, and dealing with the existing software. About 90% of their day will consist of development and the remaining 10% will be attending meetings and being collaborative with the team.
