Imp Note: Look for a Product manager with Prior Cisco Exp. Should have
Services exp. Need locals only.
If you get any good with no Cisco Exp. but have worked in good companies
and have good product management exp. will also work. But 1stpriority is
Cisco exp.
*Description*
Cisco is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead and manage the Technical
Services (TS) Install Base (IB) Migration program. This is a unique
opportunity to change the way TS drives migration, manage service beyond
Last Day of Support (LDoS) and influence the overall End of Life Strategy.
This position is an integral part of the TS Product Management (TSPM) team
responsible for the strategy development, offer creation and execution
throughout the business. This global role requires you to work across
business entity, marketing, field/sales, operations, marketing and other
organization to successful manage the program.
The role is both strategic and tactical and requires a flexible and highly
adaptive approach to product creation, program management, business
analytics and driving global cross functional teams. Ideal candidate must
have understanding product management and how to bring offer to marketing.
*Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;*
- Go-to" Person in TS Product Management for installed based strategy
- Influences/unifies stakeholders (sales, marketing, grow services,
delivery) in order to build the right GTM plans, identifies opportunities
to drive incremental bookings/margins and collects market requirements to
influence future program direction.
- Work with TSPM and others groups to ensure needs are included in the
programs and GTM execution
- Create and execute on IB Migration, End of Sale and Last Day of
Support strategy analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders, and product management to understand
business requirements, and manage design and implementation of the
technical solution to meet the requirements.
- Provide project/program direction, team management, and stewardship
from ideation through requirements/design and implementation.

*Desired Qualifications and Experience:*
- 10+ years of product management experience in a services company
- Demonstrated ability to lead and operate effectively within highly
matrix organization, in a fast paced and dynamic technology and business
environment, with aggressive timelines and milestones.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and
maintain focus on the "goal".
- Execution focused - results oriented with a "can do" attitude.
- Demonstrated consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and grow relationships and collaborate at all levels in
the organization.
- Have the ability to write MRD and feedback on PRD.
- Ability to drive cross functional team to define requirements through
implementation
- Ability to contribute strategic level thinking and influence
direction
- Success in creating and executing product plans and roadmaps
- Ability to lead others and operate in a multi-functional team
environment.
- Working on multiple products and services simultaneously
- Must be able to work in a matrix organization.
- Degree in Marketing or Business or Engineering, MBA plus
