*6 month Contract in* *San Francisco, CA* Windows Systems Engineer that will be able to implement the Network security Websense before upgrading the server from 2008-2012 or possibly 2016 *Job Description* The Windows Server Engineer will have the responsibility of providing support for the firm's data management windows server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be fast to learn, have ability to assess and prioritize tasks, and ensure a smooth transition of projects and new technologies by working closely with Engineer and Operations Control teams. The Windows Server Engineer must have experience with previous large scale *Windows Server OS upgrade/migrations*. *Tasks:* - Planning and execution 2008R2 to future Windows Server OS (TBD: 2016 R2) - Day to day L3 data management Windows VM Infrastructure - Windows Servers VM provisioning - Configure, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a Windows Server environment - Support Active Directory infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, WINS) - Builds and implements Windows Servers (standalone, cluster) - Deployments and upgrades - SCCM Patch management configuration - Manage, support high-availability Data management system (ie: Delphix) - Documentation - Disaster recovery *Skills:* - 5-7+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, Engineering - Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2 - Active Directory - group policies, add/delete, permission's - File Server and File Cluster, Windows Clustering - DNS, WINS, DHCP - Virtualization, Virtual server environment - VMWare ESX - Strong Windows server troubleshooting, support *Must have:* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be a strong team player. - Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science requested - Self-starter, independently motivated Ability to Lift 50+ lbs (racking and stacking servers) *Desired Certifications* - MCP, Microsoft Certified Professional - MCSE, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - MCSA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator - Banking technology experience a plus - Knowledge of Linux OS a plus -- *Best Regards,* *Mahesh*mah...@technorocketsystems.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
