Experience in software testing. Requirements (Highly Desirable, in priority order): Experience in testing SDK (Software Development Kit). Knowledge of digital video compression technology (H.264, MPEG4) * ** *Mobile QA Engineer - Job Spec Responsibilities: Lead in planning mobile test environment Participate actively in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle. Create, maintain, write and execute automated test plans and test cases for black/white box testing and bug isolation of mobile software components. Develop, execute and maintain automated regression tests utilizing both automated and manual test cases Participate in design and specification reviews, actively participate in daily Scrums and project planning meetings Report defects and escalate issues as needed • Works closely with development team and product management to better understand intended product behavior and to prioritize testing. Attention to detail, self-directed and agile in balancing and resolving conflicting requirements.* ** *Requirements 3-5+ years QA experience including white box testing, with solid understanding and experience in SQA methodologies, techniques and approaches. Minimum 2 years experience testing mobile native applications. Completed multiple release cycles and shipped products used by thousands of people. Cross-platform Android/iOS testing experience a plus. Experience with mobile application emulators a plus. Experience with automation frameworks such as JUnit. Experience with issue tracking and test case management tools. Experience in qualifying video content a major plus. Experienced in setting and meeting challenging milestones. A self-starter who communicates well and excels in a small team environment.
