*Detailed JD / Responsibility             *

*Basic Qualifications:*

•         2+ years of IT work experience in information management role.

•         7+ years of solid data analysis, data migration and
transformation experience

•         2+ years of experience leading large business and technology
transformation programs

•         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

•         Data analysis, ETL and migration experience

•         SQL query development experience on Azure.

•         C# development experience.

•         Has experience in data de-duplication (matching and merging
data), data cleansing (matching, linking, updating records, such as
organization records, in batch and real time), hierarchy management
(identifying, creating, correcting, update, and maintaining complex
relationships among parent and child records), and data conversion
(changing / transforming the data based on business rules, usually done
before the data is integrated into a new system). Also raises escalations
and communicates issues to Project Lead.



*Preferred Qualifications:*

•         Self-starter and able to drive through ambiguity when needed.

•         Ability to work independently, and with onshore and offshore
partner teams.

•         Relational database design experience including effective
comprehension of logical and physical database models.

•         System integration experience

•         Data management, stewardship, and policy governance experience.

•         Broad problem solving and analytical skills.

•         Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid
relationships with individuals at all levels, multiple geographies and
business functions.

•         Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.

•         Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in business process
and/or application infrastructure.
