end SAP SolMan 7.1 implementation work independently -
1.       Technical Monitoring
2.       Business Process Monitoring
3.       ChaRM & Service  Desk implementation
4.       Strong communication

Description
Ø  4+ years of experience in Solution Manager (including v7.1) set up/usage and 
SAP Basis Administration
Ø  Experience Required:6 - 8 years SAP SolMAN Certified preferred

Skills
Primary Skill:
Ø  RE2E Monitoring setup for SAP systems
Ø  Ability to fully implement functionality required for the successful rollout 
of Solution Manager Processes and functionality as per standard SAP requirements
Additional SolMAN Skills
Ø  Change Request Management (ChaRM) Implementation experience
Ø  Business Process & Technical Monitoring
Ø  Testing Management - HP Quality Center & SAP
Ø  Incident Management - SAP to Support Tool (ServiceNow)
Ø  Experience in version upgrades and support pack upgrades

Roles & Responsibilities
Primary R&R
Ø  Expert configuring Solution Manager 7.1 monitoring and Alerting with ABAP 
and Java systems
Ø  Knowledge of Technical infrastructure, networking and system operations
Ø  Experience with SAP Solution Manager monitoring SAP systems on Oracle 
database
Ø  Experience with SAP on Windows and Unix (Solaris) operating systems
Ø  Strong configuration and customization experience with Solution Manager v7.1
Ø  Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, and Technical Administration
Ø  Ability to work independently and keep management adequately informed
Ø  Performance tuning
Ø  Demonstrated ability to work in matrix team environments, including strong 
stakeholder interface capability
Ø  Analyze application stability and take action accordingly
Ø  Identify design gaps and propose solutions

Additional R&R
Ø  ChaRM & Service  Desk implementation experience is preferred
Ø  Ability to work with  Work Centers
Ø  Configuring and using Solution Manager Root Cause Analysis
Ø  Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, and Technical Administration
Ø  Business Process Monitoring and Job Management
Ø  Knowledge of the STMS, ChaRM, Incident Management
Ø  Strong ABAP & Java stack administration skills
Ø  Knowledge of Project documentation in SolMAN
Ø  Solution Documentation process Knowledge
Ø  Full Life-Cycle implementation and upgrade projects experience is 
advantageous
