Debug, tune and optimize code for optimal performance. • Monitor/Support Process Chains and schedule using Tivoli utility. • Provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex production problems. • Co-ordinate with offshore support team. • Participate in Infrastructure maintainenance and app release weekend activities. • Communicate with customers/stakeholder when data processing delay occurs. • Work with Basis/Development team/Database Team.
