Job Title   : SAS Programmer with .NET Experience

Location  :  Sacramento, CA

Duration  :  12 + Months

Rate  :  DOE



Mandatory Qualifications:

Seven (7) years’ experience with IBM Tivloli Usage and Accounting Manager
software (IBM’s chargeback and billing product, TUAM) in a large IT
environment;

Fifteen (15) years’ experience in SAS programming language, including Proc
SQL;

Knowledge of z/OS or OS/390 operating system and its operating utilities
with ten (10) years’ experience working with z/OS and/or OS/390 operating
systems;

Fifteen (15) years’ experience using SMFUTIL software to manage raw System
Management Facility (SMF) data;

Fifteen (15) years supporting cost recovery and billing processes including
TUAM, MVS Integrated Control Systems (MICS) or other systems;

Fifteen (15) years’ experience with billing data collection systems;

Five (5) years’ experience Excel Macros, Visual Basic for Applications
(VBA) and Visual Basic (VB) Script tools;

Fifteen (15) years’ experience MXG and TDS/z;

Seven (7) years’ experience developing in the latest .NET technologies;

Five (5) years’ experience using Microsoft Internet Information Services
(IIS) server;

Seven (7) years’ experience working with SQL Server database performing DBA
activities (writing Stored Procedures, Views, Creating/Modifying Tables,
Linked Servers, SQL Jobs, Backup/Restore, Import/Export using SQL Serice
Integration Services (SSIS)), SQL Server Reporting Services;

Seven (7) years’ experience using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Secure
File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) in both the Windows Server and Mainframe
environments; and

Seven (7) years’ experience in developing scheduling on Windows Server
using Windows Scheduler, Batch Programs and scripts.

   - Advising and implementing cloud best practices based on AWS
   Well-Architected Framework.
   - Proven experience with AWS platform and tools, such as EC2, Lambda,
   S3, Redshift, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, RDS, VPC, IAM, and security,
   QuickSight, CloudTrail, Config, CloudWatch, SNS, AMI generation, Cost
   Optimization.
   - Strong practical application experience in securing and deployment of
   serverless architecture applications, Linux, and Windows-based platforms.
   - Hands-on familiarity with CloudFormation and must have automate-first

   - Experience with configuration management/automation platforms (e.g.
