Position Description The selected candidate will become a member of the Mortgages technology group as a Scrum Master for Agile Projects. The ideal candidate embodies the core values being client focused, lead with excellence, do the right thing, and team oriented. The candidate brings knowledge of Agile principles and ceremonies, experiences in collaboration across complex organizations, removing impediments, and ensuring team progress towards their missions and deliverables. In addition, the individual will be leading release management activities and responsible for coordinating efforts with a vendor for the origination system. This role will report to an Executive Director in Mortgages. Responsibilities: Have strong financial background Serve as Scrum Master leading Agile teams focusing on enhancements and upgrades for the 3rd party origination system. Scope includes improvements on data monitoring and controls, fees and pricing adjustments, migrate to new versions of the origination system including to a cloud-based platform Promote Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across business, development and testing organizations Create a collaborative team environment, partner with Agile Coach to provide constructive feedback for continuous agile improvement Develop team norms and balance workload for onshore and offshore developers, testers and Product Owners.
