*Duration: 12- 18+ Months * Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Program Manager is expected to be well versed and knowledgeable with software development and general project management where they can operation independently with minimal supervision. -Ensure that assigned programs are managed and projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget while following the PMO processes and procedures. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation using SiriusXM portfolio management system (Planview) - Secure commitments from line managers - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and ensure program / projects statues are well communicated and appropriate approvals / sign-offs are obtained. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Monitor performance, improvement, and enhancement requirements to align with business needs. - Determine scope of work efforts and apportion work into discrete manageable projects. - Ensure that management priorities are followed and that goals are met.
