Must have a minimum of 15+ years of Total IT experience,

10+ years of experience on Java development.

Must have experience in back-end server development and hands on
experience with Spring framework.

Experience in SOA and Webservices development.

Experience with middleware and messaging technologies.

Should have experience with multi-threading and concurrency.

Must possess strong knowledge of design patterns and practices.

Solid knowledge of SQL, RDBMSs preferably Oracle will be a plus.

Experience with ORM frameworks & web frameworks.

Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

Excellent Team player.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
