Background - Client wants us to look at call center technology
consolidation across three merging companies. All company’s have variants
of Avaya IVR in place today, approx about 20K to 30K

agents overall.
• Primary roles and responsibilities:
- Assess the current call center environment - IVR, PBX, recording, etc.
• Identify potential areas of risk to the operation,
• Document the current environment and
• Develop a future state roadmap for the integration of the three
companies.
- Plan strategy for Operating model – call center technology

Minimum 8 years of technical architecture / consulting experience
Must have:
-Experience with Avaya AEP, IVR
-Experience with Call Center infrastructure and applications
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent trouble-shooting skills
