Please let me know what you think and if you're interested in learning more. *Job Title: Tibco Developer * *Location: Minneapolis MN* *Job Type: 06 Months Contract* *Job Description:* · Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. · Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. · Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. · Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. · 10+ years application development and implementation experience. *Duties & Responsibilities:* · Incumbent will be responsible for product upgrades and installations on a highly available, high performance TIBCO Platform. · Acts as a lead in product upgrade and installation providing application design guidance and consultation utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. · Provides subject matter expertise for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. Verifies · program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. · Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. · Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. Participates in projects and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees testing as well as creation of updates to business continuation plan. · Application code deployment. · Application monitoring and systems health checks and response times including responding to pages and alerts. · Lead production problem resolution including troubleshooting, documentation and communication as related to the product installation. · Incumbent will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. · He/She will need to work successfully with teams across multiple time zones as well both US- and India-based teams. · Ability to work off hours as needed for installation and related production support issues is required for this position . *Minimum Qualifications* : · 10+ years application development and implementation experience in a high usage, high profile TIBCO platform environment. · Bachelor s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. Equivalent technical experience may be substituted for educational requirement. · 7+ years experience in TIBCO product administration, specifically with EMS, BusinessWorks (BW), and BusinessEvents (BE). · Familiarity with Linux operating system. Knowledge of Flow Control, Fault Tolerance, Load Balancing, Routing for design. · Knowledge of TIBCO Hawk rule base configuration. · Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services Concepts. · Previous Product Upgrade and Installation experience. · Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with Wells Fargo technology systems, especially Lending Services. Knowledge of Java/J2EE.
