Client wants someone that can be given a task and take it from start to finish with little to no support and make the need recommendation as needed for all improvements · Minimal *8 years automation experience* in complex environments · Excellent communication skills Required Responsibilities & Qualities of a Lead Automation Test Engineer are: The Senior Test Automation Engineer will lead the effort to build new test frameworks and or extend existing frameworks. The tool/s accommodates both functional and load testing. These frameworks allow us to perform end-to-end testing in multi-component environments. Primary tools: *(1) QPT, (2) Selenium, (3) other scripting tools* Keys: - Good Logic for programming - Analytical skills - Pessimistic in Nature - Understands how to get things done from nothing - Strong communicator and documentation *Should be able to * 1.
