Please send the resumes at su...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Business Analyst w/HIPAA Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 6 months This position will be responsible for planning, designing, examining, analyzing, developing, implementing, administering, and monitoring business and program processes, operation systems, and efficient business and financial systems. Position evaluates business and program application systems’ functionality to identify gaps, measuring the solution impact to business operations. Position designs business and program systems solutions by identifying and evaluating options, resolving solution issues, serving as a liaison between the business and the project team to improve productivity, and developing and delivering training. Position applies project management methodology. This position ensures continual operation and periodic/ad hoc upgrades or enhancements of the applications, focusing primarily on meeting the business needs of the Divisions supported. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of operating procedures, training, systems admin support, and documentation. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend changes to policies and procedures, troubleshoot business and/or system problems and recommend solutions, understand software modifications/enhancements, assess their impact on business processes, develop unit and system test plans, and develop process flows, training materials. The position is also responsible in developing test scenarios/cases in consultation with business group, hands-on testing, test results review and proactively identify issues and provide possible resolutions/recommendations. Candidate will also interact with various stakeholders and team members to discuss alternative solutions by actively contributing suggestions and sharing information and should be team player. Ad hoc participation in various work groups/discussions will be required. Extensive knowledge of applicable business information systems, Business System Analysis techniques testing methodologies Required 7 Years Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and development of business rules and process flow Required 7 Years Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design Required 7 Years Experience in test scenarios, test cases development, and solution testing using industry standard tools Required 7 Years Hands-on experience in SILK testing tool and/or other industry standard tools such as QTP, TestDirector.
