*Job Title : Data Warehouse / ETL Engineer* *Location : Providence, RI* *Duration : 12+ Months* *F2F Required* *Job Description:* Our client is seeking a Data Warehouse/ETL Engineer in its Providence, RI, office. *Candidates must have strong SQL and Python expertise.* Responsibilities: • Design, development, and implementation of the company’s next generation Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes and programs. • Create/modify database design artifacts such as ERD, Data dictionary, etc. • Work with other departments such as QA, Customer Experience, Product Management, Technical Operations, and Production Operations to deliver the solution • Help achieve customer satisfaction by supporting the applications’ production issues • Function independently and in a team environment to overcome ambiguity and deliver results. Requirements: • Must have 5-7 years of application development experience • Must have prior experience with ETL processes and tools. • Must have at least 3-5 years of SQL Server(2008/2014)/Oracle/Vertica development experience (Should be strong in writing complex queries and/or stored procedures with good debugging and performance tuning skills). • Must have prior experience with Python. • Must have excellent software design and documentation skills • Good understanding of work flow based processes and systems is required • Must be able to identify and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to address requirements • Must be able to develop data/metadata models and technical specifications • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment • Must be able to work on multiple projects/tasks concurrently • Experience in multi-developer/multi-site environment a plus • Experienced in successfully delivering high profile technology efforts within a highly pressured environment. • 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical training and professional work experience *Venu* *USM Business Systems* *ve...@usmsystems.com <ve...@usmsystems.com> * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
