network. Our client, located in the *(Santa Ana, CA)* is currently
seeking *(Scrum
Master) *resource to join their organization. I have included a complete

*Role: Scrum MasterLocation: Santa Ana, CA. Occasional travel may be
required.Duration: 6+ Months Contract*

*Job Responsibilities: *This is a great opportunity for the right candidate
to join our newly formed and growing team in Government Solutions. We are
chartered with building new product and services to capture significant new
business opportunities for our organization.
To be successful, you should be a seasoned Project Manager professional who
can work successfully with diverse stakeholders including external clients
and vendors.
You should have completed many application development and integration
projects from requirement analysis through release deployments. Government
project, Medicaid, Agile knowledge/experience are highly desirable.
This role will initially be based in Santa Ana. Occasional travel may be
required.

Facilitative: Must be able to lead by example and demonstrate value-add
principles to scrum team(s)
Flexible: Ability to shift to the role or tasks needed for each situational
transformation. Ability to "get the job done" regardless of role
definition.
Quick learner: Must be able to quickly gain a high level understanding of
the technical and business domains of the scrum teams
Servant Leader: Must be able to garner respect from the team and be willing
to get their hands dirty to get the job done
Situational Awareness: Must be the first to notice differences and issues
as they arise and elevate them to management
Team-oriented: Must be a team player who protects the scrum team


*Key Responsibilities: *1. Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile
teams within a Release Train/Value Stream
2. Establish team level cadence and drive team level ceremonies (e.g. sprin)
