# 1 a) Solid SDLC experience project charters, BRD, traceability matrices,
Functional Design Doc (FDD), Support for Technical Design Doc (TDD), Test
Plans, Test Cases, Support Test Execution, Deployment planning and support.
# 1 b) Recent (last 1-2 years) solid mutual fund experience; not just buying
and selling, but more the operational aspects of running a mutual fund business
