Position 1: PEOPLESOFT PURCHASING/Procurement



DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS

Support the Team Lead in meeting the business objectives for their
functional area

§                                 Knowledge of the creation of requisitions,
purchase orders, change orders and dispatching processes in PeopleSoft.

§                                 Performed configuration and testing of
PeopleSoft end-to-end procurement processes

§                                 Work with appropriate stakeholders

§                                 Execute status  and report results to the
team lead

§                                 Understand and adhere to  scope for
applicable functional area

§                                 follow work plans

§                                 Ability to work across functional and
technical teams

§                                 Participate in the resolution of problems,
concerns and issues on an as needed basis

§                                 Promote integration of business process
design across the functional teams

§                                 Assess project risks

§                                 Candidates will be member of a larger
implementation team responsible for the design, configuration, unit testing
and implementation of PeopleSoft v9.0

§                                 Public Sector experience desired – State,
Federal, Local government



Required skills:

As the Peoplesoft Purchasing Consultant you should have:

   - Five years business experience in the procurement area
   - Participated in more than one, but at least one full life-cycle
   implementation of Peoplesoft Procurment.
   - Good communication skills
   - Some troubleshooting skills
   - Experience developing and conducting workshops

Experience writing development specifications

Position 2: Peoplesoft Projects Consultants



DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:



Responsible for providing PeopleSoft knowledge to requirements/design
workshop in the Projects Module

   - Run requirements/design workshops capturing end-to-end business process
   and the potential use of the Projects fields.
   - Execute project tasks according to the project plan schedule
   - Provide functional expertise to the State of New York to help develop
   business requirements definition
   - Work with New York State counterparts so they take over configuration
   activities i.e. knowledge transfer


Required skills:

   - Must have 8 years business experience
   - Must have completed one full PeopleSoft Project Life-cycle
   implementation of Projects
   - 5 Years total PeopleSoft Experience.
   - Excellent communication skills: oral, written, etc.
   - Knowledge of accounting and in particular project accounting related to
   the PeopleSoft Project Module
