We Need consultant for SQL Server DBA

Job Title: SQL Server DBA W/ Sharepoint
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

This DBA position will be focused on SharePoint as well as continue in
other DBA functions for the team.
Will most likely start Nov 4 possibly a week earlier.

Job Description:
SharePoint Administrator – with 4 years minimum experience.
Ability to Deploy and administer MS Office SharePoint Server 2010/2007 in a
multi-tenant environment, as well as workflows, team sites and permissions
Familiarity with developing web parts, site definitions, site templates and
custom fields.
Working knowledge of SQL Server development, administration and maintenance
Experience with Analyzing and reporting upon SharePoint usage/trending and
activity (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)
Ability to review, clean-up, management and configuration of SharePoint
accounts and sites.
This portion of the role will work closely with an Active Directory
administrator
*DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Create, enhance, maintain and verify database system documentation;
Provide database support from design to implementation as subject matter
expert;
Develop and implement database standards and methodologies;
Monitor database performance and research, perform and recommend
upgrades/improvements when required;
Analyze the database architecture to ensure optimum efficiencies;
Prepare and implement disaster recovery processes and procedures;
Participate in disaster recovery exercise;
Plan, research, execute and recommend data conversions and deployments;
Remain subject matter expert in database field of knowledge.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent in Computer Sciences, Business
Administration, or related field.
8 years experience of database design, development, testing, and
administration of databases, such as MS SQL, Oracle and others.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to
understand end-user needs.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify those areas that are
unusual or unexpected while making recommendations of how to fix potential
database issues.
Ability to work with complex information systems and Debug systems as
needed.
Ability to perform lead duties and guide others in troubleshooting and
supporting Database efforts.
