*Job Role:* Project Manager (Capacity Management) *Location:* Lose Angles , CA *Duration:* Long Term *Job Description:* *Roles and Responsibilities:* • Define and manage the KPIs, SQIs on capacity management tool and coordinate with vendors to ensure the comprehensive solution has been built. • Provide Technical and functional guidance and direction towards assessing IT& Network Infrastructure (Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Load balancer, VMs, Servers, Storage) • Impact assessment attributed to IT (Server, Storage, Network, DC, etc.,) and Network infrastructure and performance measurement in view of design aspects • Develops theoretical growth/impact scenarios via forecasting, trending, and demand planning using what-if scenarios to plan infrastructure, optimize designs and minimize risk, service modelling. • Ensure required level of expertise is available to handle Major Capacity simulation situations • Overall responsibility for relationship with external suppliers of the capacity management tool,network optimized and usage of licenses and contract ownership and execution *Desired Skills and Experience:* Education and certifications/training: • University degree preferably in Electronics & Communication, electrical, CS or any technical subject or any comparable education • ITIL v3 certification • Project Management education and experience (PMP /PRINCE2) • Experience with enterprise grade load balancers (e.g. F5, Cisco) • Familiarity with Tools like Netscout, Splunk, NETMRI, BMC remedy • Ability to understand agile deployment process *Professional & Leadership experience: * • *Minimum 3 years of experience* in a management position of a Data Center related role • Experience in integrating a wide range of inputs to build a global capacity plan to serve multiple streams of demand • Excellent and broad technology knowledge • Excellent Infrastructure and Operations background • *Strong experience in managing outsourcing contract, KPI’s and SLA’s preferably with Data Center suppliers* • Capability to lead multiple capacity programs to successful conclusion and handover to DC Operations • Commercial background for effective management of the datacenter service providers • Good to excellent command of English. *Thanks and Regards,* Manish Hembram Technical Recruiter - Talent Management Group ll IT-SCIENT ll Phone: 510.972.5265|| Fax: 877.701.4872 || Email Id: manis*.itsci...@gmail.com <itsci...@gmail.com>* || Web: www.itscient.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
