*Requirements:*The University of Minnesota, Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, is seeking a contract business analyst to assist in the implementation and adoption of a stand-alone software program. Athletics has licensed a software product called ElevAtion, which it desires to use for athletics-specific budgeting and reporting. ElevAtion is a software package used by numerous Division I athletics departments across the country, that is tailored to athletics departments’ needs for specialized financial reports. Some key features: Financial reporting tools to compile and audit data for EADA and NCAA reports Budget status reports to provide tailored information for coaches and staff Encumbrance placeholders to maximize accuracy in “remaining budget” calculations Searchable transaction lists to sort and ?lter accounting data using various criteria Budget development features to enter line item details and manage daily work?ow Long-term forecasting methods to apply assumptions and review projections Account management settings to create user pro?les and de?ne access levels *Scope of Work* The scope of work will be to assist in the transition of support which may include any of the following: Business Process Documentation Defining the needed financial reports Developing a data crosswalk between PeopleSoft financial reports and the ElevAtion financial reports Working with the vendor and University PeopleSoft Financials support staff, to complete data mapping and configuration Testing of reports, uploads, etc. Defining and designing access requirements Assist with training of Intercollegiate Athletics staff to support the tool, and or creation of training materials All necessary documentation ------------------------------ Regards: Amer Ali - Sr.IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
