Immediate Need Senior Technical Program Manager, *Need Local ConsultantsIn-Person Interview Required * Position : Senior Technical Program Manager Location : Chicago, IL. Duration : 18 Month's Requirement: Responsible for leading multiple technical teams responsible for the overall coordination, reporting and integration within the scope of an IT application environment. Project leadership experience required with strong analytical abilities and familiarity with business processes. Plans and directs highly technical projects, involving all aspects of information resources management with emphasis on software development. This resource will direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates. Develops and implements standard process management methodologies for the IT and Business community to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, meet customer expectations and add value. Mentors and trains less senior Leads. Institutionalizes standardized processes and procedures and helps other IT staff members and business customers to understand the benefits of using Association-wide standards. Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Deliverable: Build plan, budgets and status report, support ticket management, coordination with system owner, development, PV, business, and third-party partners.
