*Required Skills/Experience:*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline or equivalent years of experience is required. Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested. Master’s degree desirable. Minimum of 5 years, typically 7 years of experience administering WebSphere Portal Server and Web Content Management, IIS or IHS Web servers, WebSphere plug-ins installed on AIX, Linux and Windows operating systems; knowledge of workflow and security practices. 5 years of administration and integration of support technologies, including firewalls, encryption, browsers, monitoring, alerting, root-cause analysis, verification testing, load-stress testing, vulnerability management, ticket tracking and customer experience model. 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) process including requirements gathering and analysis, design, selection of tools and technologies, release and version control, testing methodologies and deployment management. Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. Project planning and management skills, including scope of work, time estimation, and resource assignment. Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to explain solutions/concepts/theories to varied business units.
