Job Title : Release Manager Location : Basking Ridge, NJ Duration : 6 months plus extensions* Must Have: 5-10 years’ experience as a Software Release Manager Excellent understanding and experience with the entire SDLC, including pre and post planning, producing reports and metrics Project Management experience (Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.) ROle: In this role, our client is looking for a Release manager to work in the Quality Operating System group for a Healthcare client. This group is responsible for managing the quality of the applications that go out to customers. This person will need to have 5-10 years’ of direct Release Management experience with the entire SDLC. It is important this person has solid experience with all aspects of development, including pre and post planning as well as producing reports and metrics. They will be preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. They will be developing and managing work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. The ideal candidate would have some Project management experience in addition to the Release management experience, MS Project and heavy involvement with Software Development in the past.
