The Senior Java Developers will collaborate with the Technical Architect and Technical Delivery Lead onsite to develop Java software with the near shore development team in Mexico. Participate as a technical liaison between the client and the development team near shore. Effectively communicate with the development team both on-shore and near-shore. This position will spend 90% of time coding. *Team:* Will be serving as a Sr. Java Developer, working onshore at client site with the Technical Delivery Lead and Architect, as well as working with a team of near-shore Java/J2EE Developers with Web Services/SOA interface experience working in a MATRIX Near Shore center (8 resources in Mexico) with one Technical Deliver lead in Dallas (will be interfacing with Oracle eBusiness suite, but through Web Services/SOA). The team will participate in designing, coding, testing, and debugging highly distributed, highly transactional Java software components using iterative development methodologies.
