*Job Title: LANDesk Admin* *Location: Addison, TX* *Start Date: Immediate * *Experience: 5+ Years* *Job Description: * · 5 years LANDesk auditing and analysis experience in support desk. · 5+years’ experience in coordinating LANDesk equipment breaks/ fix resolutions · Understanding of general corporate infrastructure and systems and the steps required for troubleshooting purposes. · Working knowledge of LANDesk gateways and agent deployment methods. · Previous experience in project managing and systems management to deliver effective solutions in a timely manner. · Work closely with Security and Wintel during upgrade updates and moves. · Provision assets in LANDesk and complement OS deployment across the Enterprise · Reconciles and audits internal LANDesk inventory records for errors and discrepancies · Manage unmanaged devices as they get added to corporate departments · Development and implement script for automating measured deployments and information gathering.
