*Looking for Oracle Applications DBA* *Location : Houston, TX* *Duration : 2+ months* • EBS R12.1.2 Vision install • Oracle Transportation Management 6.1.1 • Supplier Lifecycle Management R12.1 • Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance Controls (GRCC) R8.5.1 which includes: o Transaction Controls Governor (TCG) 8.5.1 o Application Access Controls Governor (AACG) 8.5.1 • Oracle Configuration Controls Governor 5.5.1 • SOA Suite 11gR1 (R2 as soon as it's available) • OBIEE 10.1.3.4.1 and OBIEE Applications (Analytics) 7.9.6.1 • Hyperion EPM Architect, Fusion Edition v.11.1.1 Preferred skills: - Administer and support the products listed in above - Experience with high availability solutions such as Oracle RAC - Experience performing Oracle EBS installations, upgrades, and installing patches - Monitoring, tuning and capacity planning experience - Experience performing database recovery, backup, and restore - Support the IT implementation teams to develop database models (logical and physical ) and implementation. - Knowledge of ad-hoc queries, SQL, Procedures, PL/SQL. - Implement database change requests, patches, monitoring tools, and resolve exceptions, alerts and issues - Oracle Forms and Reports - Outsourced vendor management (i.e., hosting provider) - Experience with ITLI based Configuration, Change and Release Management - Ability to authors scripts to perform data fixes - Ability to assist in application development - Experience with data analysis and maintenance of Oracle databases - Ability to perform maintenance, enhancements, and performance tuning activities Relevant Business & Technical Skills: - Strong analytical, design and debugging skills - Effective in team setting or as individual contributor - Ability to work with system designers, developers and process teams to support implementation and testing - Ability to develop design, test and deployment documentation - Strong understanding of ITIL based Configuration, Change and Release Management - Strong communication and presentation skills *Send resumes to prad...@clearthoughtsolutions.com* -- R .
