This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple voice sites within a Cisco voice environment. GLOBALFOUNDRIES is a Cisco shop at this time and the candidate must be familiar with not only Call Manager, but also administering MeetingPlace and WebEx as well. The key responsibilities are defined below. *Key Responsibilities:* · Perform voice moves, adds and changes for users · Assist in any office relocations, expansions, and other infrastructure changes · Perform all required operational maintenance and troubleshooting of supported systems · Create documentation for supported locations · Work with vendors and internal technology groups to resolve any problems · Maintain proper change management documentation for all hardware and software modifications · Maintain accurate database of all telecom inventory and expenses · Perform other duties and projects as defined by Manager · Cable maintenance and related documentation *Qualifications:* Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience (7-8 years). Industry certifications a plus. · Experience/knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration is required. This should include understanding and experience with CUCM, Presence, Unity Connection, UCCX, CER, MeetingPlace/WebEx 8.0 along with IP Phone Services. · Understanding of networking technologies and protocols including; TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, QoS, WAN-MPLS, VoIP, SIP, SCCP, MGCP, H323, ISDN-PRI, Etc. · Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team · Strong customer service oriented & ability to interact with users, staff and management teams · Ability to serve as technical lead on project team · Critical thinking ability with strong analytical skills *Other Preferred Qualifications:* • Working knowledge in the Semiconductor industry, specifically the Semiconductor Foundry industry. • Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage simultaneous requests from start to finish • Some travel is possible for project work.
