Should be able to performed full backups and incremental backups. Backup and Recovery strategy using hot backup, user managed and RMAN. · Experience in developing Shell Scripts to manage Oracle databases daily backups and monitoring jobs. · Experience in Migrating and upgrading the databases to higher versions. · Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication · Solid written and verbal communication skills · Experience in developing and deploying Cisco Nuance IVR system. *Roles & Responsibilities* · Technical support resource that is responsible for day to day activities and support the system. · Tracking production issues and driving them to closure. Should have excellent technical skills to be able to check logs, code, and write code for bugs, enhancements.
